Haiti's national standardization body
The Bureau Haïtien de Normalisation (BHN) is the institution responsible for promoting standards, quality and conformity in Haiti.
Placed under the supervision of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, the institution supports the development of an economy based on quality and confidence.

An institution connected to the world
BHN represents Haiti in a number of regional and international standardization initiatives, notably within the CARICOM Regional Organization for Standards and Quality (CROSQ). These collaborations help to harmonize standards and strengthen the country’s quality infrastructure.
This initiative is supported through financing provided by the Caribbean Development Bank, with funding from the European Union under the EPA and CSME Standby Facility Programme.
